    Hi,

    I have resumed using the Cart Abandonment Recovery for WooCommerce plugin (version 2.0.3) on one of our websites after a three-month break. I am currently experiencing some issues.

    1. Phone numbers are missing from the export file.

    2 – The filter is not working properly during the export. For viewing, it’s working fine. But when I click export, all the export data comes in the export file, not the filtered one I checked.

    Can someone explain why this happening?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate you outlining the issues you’re seeing.

    I checked this behavior with our team to make sure everything is working as expected, and here’s what I found:

    1. Phone numbers missing from the export file
    At the moment, the export file does not include phone numbers. This is the current expected behavior of the plugin.

    2. Export not following the applied filters
    The filters in the dashboard are only for on-screen viewing. When exporting the data, the file always includes all records, regardless of the filters applied. This is also the expected behavior in the current version.
