I ran some tests on your site but couldn’t replicate the issue, also I imported your form to my lab site and ran further tests but the results were the same, I can see any errors in the browser console logs and the number validation is working as expected.

It appears the issue is related to something on your browser, have you tried testing it with a different browser or in incognito mode? do you see the same Javascript error in console logs when validation fails?
I believe the issue is due to a conflict between your browser extensions and forminator Javascript files, because you mentioned its random and it working fine on my end. You can try disabling the extension and clearing the cache to fix it.
