When i open the whatsapp on phone it opens the chrome or firefox explorer… No the aplication directly it happends with every phone and every web i have the plugin

hello @rablebdigital

those changes are related to the WhatsApp API, they have changed the way it works

I’m afraid we can’t do anything to get the previous behavior

Yes you can try to touch https://tramitesdigitales.com/ the red button than saids “CONTACTAR” from phone… I think the problem comes from the + character

Try deleting the + in the url before the number.
