Yes, it does send the photo before text. Then the text message is sent as a reply to the photo. Do you want something else or there is any issue with this intended behaviour? It would be better if you can explain a bit more…

Ah! I think you mean text should be added as a caption to the photo. You know that caption has a limit of 200 characters and then the text needs to be broken into parts which doesn’t look classy. Anyways, I’ll add to the feature requests 🙂
