    Have you asked on Photocrati’s support? They provide support for their commercial themes.

    Thanks, JenR. I haven’t contacted Photocrati directly, mostly because I know full well that I’m going to be going to them a lot and I hate that my first stumbling block was an hour into using the theme! It looks like that may be my best bet, though.
