Photon error – class.photon.php line 397

I recently upgraded to the latest Jetpack, and now I’m having an issue with Photon. I have my own click tracking software, and it seems to be trying to parse that instead of the image:
Warning: parse_url(/t/?http://agerstein.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/silence.m4r.zip) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /home/server/website/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.photon.php on line 397I turned off Photon and it’s working ok, so I guess maybe I can’t use it and the tracking software – which is weird, since what Photon is chocking on is a .zip file, so it shouldn’t really be considering that, right?
