If you are using the Mosaic layout, you will have to code your tabs plugin to explicitly call layout options on Photonic, which may or may not be possible. An alternative for you is to use the JavaScript layout engine for these galleries in Photonic, but I cannot guarantee a result, because the Mosaic layout is very heavily scripted.
Out of curiosity, why are you using tabs to load galleries? This has the overhead of loading all galleries even when you are not viewing them, and will make web-service calls.
Thanks for the feedback.
Well I thought it to be a nice way to present different galleries but now I have learned that it is not a good idea anyways and there are better ways to do it.
I am having trouble using “multiple photos” option on Photonic with Flickr galleries though. When picked all the options come up and I can see Flickr images but nothing happens when I click on them, tags search field doesn’t work either. Am I missing something?
Cheers

Hard to understand the question here. What do you mean by “nothing happens when I click on them, tags search field doesn’t work either”? What are you expecting to happen? When you select the options, the gallery loaded in the front-end reflects the options you have selected.
I think i misinterpreted how the “multiple photos” option works. My thought was that I am able to select manually multiple photos just like with “single photos” option. But instead it is filter based.
Is my understanding correct that there is no way to select multiple photos from your photostream/gallery?

You mean, select multiple ad-hoc individual photos? If that is your question, you cannot do that with Flickr’s API (or Photonic). The photos have to meet a certain criteria, like a common tag or search text.
