Photospace plugin – broken for no apparent reason
-
I’m talking about this nice-looking plugin:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/photospace/
homepage:
http://thriveweb.com.au/the-lab/wordpress-gallery-plugin-photospace-2/So, I used this Photospace plugin with Starker’s theme (bare) and twentyten, even. I uninstalled all other plugins just in case there was a conflict.
The plugin is simply broken. It shows the big images I added to the post and a loading bar which just keeps loading underneath.
I am doing this locally, so there should be no permissions issues. 🙂
Funny thing, when I uninstalled the wp pic tagger plugin, the loading bar disappeared. This might be the first plugin I’ve seen that was more broken by itself than with an additional plugin conflict. 🙂
What gives?
Am I doing this right? click the “Add image button” and go through an annoying 3-click process for every image you want to add to the post and THEN type [photospace] at the end? So, for 8 pictures, you have to click around more than 24 times! What a horrible way to work. Anyway, it’s broken.
