Hi,
The message seems to indicate that you haven’t got UpdraftPlus fully installed – i.e. that the file wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php is missing. (Compare with a pristine download of https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/updraftplus.1.9.51.zip – updraftplus/backup.php is in there). If you’ve already re-installed, then you need to look at the question of whether that file is really there – and what its file permissions are.
David
P.S. If the file is there, and the file permissions are OK, then it’s more likely to be a dodgy PHP opcode-cacher, rather than PHP 5.6 itself. Have you got an opcode cacher installed in the webserver’s PHP engine? (Zend, APC, eAccelerator, XCache, etc.).
David
Also… I just successfully ran a backup, and clicked through to Dropbox, on a PHP 5.6 install.
Even though PHP 5.6 only has 0.5 % of WP users (which is why I’d not recommend moving anything important onto it…), that would still be likely to represent around 6,000 UpdraftPlus users. Therefore, I’d expect to be seeing several reports if there was a problem that affected all PHP 5.6 users… this is the first one…
David
Thankyou David, I’ll try to reinstall with your zip.
I didn’t really have a say in PHP 5.6 beeing installed on my host server, so I’ll just have to Work with that.
I’m not really sure which opcode cacher my host uses, but if the restallation fails Again, I’ll have a look into it.

Hi,
Did you manage to get this sorted out, one way or the other?
Best wishes,
David
