After following the tutorial (tour) the following error appears?
Fatal error: Uncaught Twig_Error_Loader: Unable to find template “404.twig” (looked into: public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/app/templates). in /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php:232 Stack trace: #0 /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php(150): Twig_Loader_Filesystem->findTemplate(‘404.twig’) #1 /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Environment.php(329): Twig_Loader_Filesystem->getCacheKey(‘404.twig’) #2 /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Environment.php(419): Twig_Environment->getTemplateClass(‘404.twig’) #3 /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Environment.php(362): Twig_Environment->loadTemplate(‘404.twig’) #4 /srv/ in /public/wp-content/plugins/membership-by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php on line 232
Hi @ayron.
Can you clarify, where exactly did you receive that errors, on backend or frontend?
Also, let us know the full version of your PHP.
I found this thread looking for a solution to WordPress failing with 500 internal server error and in the PHP Logs:
PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Twig_Loader_Filesystem’ not found in D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\gallery-by-supsystic\vendor\Rsc\Environment.php on line 171
My blog website was working for several years before this recently happened, while I was not doing any maintenance of PHP or the site.
What is the tutorial referred to by Ayron?
Hi, @daviburg.
Please check your “D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\gallery-by-supsystic\vendor\Rsc\” folder. Is “Environment.php” file there?
If no, please download archive with free version of plugin using this link: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/gallery-by-supsystic.zip, remove folder with gallery from your ftp and then extract new archive to wp-content/plugins folder.
Let us know the result.
