PHP 7.3 support

    Hello,

    it looks like we cannot go higher than PHP 7.0 ? Up to 7.2 we get a deprecated message, and on 7.4 the complete blog does not work anymore.

    As WordPress marks PHP 7.0 as insafe, we would like to upgrade…

    The error message is:

    Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /www/xxx/wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking-calendar/cpabc_appointments.php on line 2708

    Seems you are using an outdated version of the plugin. Please update to the latest version. If you are using the commercial version of the plugin (according to the error message you are using an old commercial version) you should request the update support at https://abc.dwbooster.com/contact-us
