Connections is currently supports PHP up to version 8.1.x, while WordPress only officially supports PHP up to version 7.4x (8.x and greater only has “beta support”):
Connections support for PHP 8.2.x will happen closer to when WordPress officially supports PHP 8 and newer. That said, Connections should run fine on PHP 8.2.x. The only known “issue” currently is the “Creation of dynamic property” deprecation notices (shown only if debugging is enabled).
However, I can only recommend running Connections and WordPress on the latest supported PHP version, 7.4.x.
I hope this helps; please let me know.

Following up on my last reply…
I just released Connections version 10.4.40. Most, if not all, deprecation notifications generated by PHP 8.2 have been addressed and no longer trigger debug notifications.
I hope this helps, please let me know.
