    Hi @hugosnel ,

    You can try with backing up by omitting the PHP CLI check. Please follow the steps below;

    1. Open “Other options” section on the plugin page,
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    Please try backing up again afterwards, it should be working 🙂 If you run into any issues, please feel free to reply here with a new debug code and we will take a look for you.
