php code execution

I try to use this plugin, but ona bug found.
If I change someting in php code inside snippet text, new code does not execute.
Or if I make a code to read something from file 0 only firs version is displayed.
I think the problem is in the execution php code only once – when you save a changes in the post where you want to include the code.

Is it possible to execute a code every time when post is shown on a web?
