PHP Compatibility plugin – Add function to – scan only inactive plugins & themes

PHP Compatibility can scan in the following modes;
a) active plugins
b) all plugins and themes

What would be very useful is to be able to limit scans to;
c) inactive plugins
d) recently installed plugins (since a user defined date)
e) a plugin as it is installed, and before it is activated
f) auto scan on install, and before activation.

additional logging feature (,for a history of compatibility) ;
a) record the version of each plugin and its scan result
b) re-scan on “update” of plugin, and record the result.
