PHP default timezone was changed error

    After updating my website today, I now have a new error on Tools > Site Health.

    PHP default timezone was changed after WordPress loading by a date_default_timezone_set() function call. This interferes with correct calculations of dates and times.

    I checked the time setting in the plugin and it was set to Brisbane +10 and then I checked the time zone in the WordPress settings and it was also set to Brisbane +10. I then deactivated the Delivery & Pickup Date Time for WooCommerce plugin and the error went away. Could you tell me why this error has just started and how to get rid of it please?
