Php doesn't works on global link !!!

Hello, friends !
I configured the path in iis 8.0 (windows server 2012), the path for wp website.
When i work in wordpress (localhost/wordpress) all is good. But look at this !

http://94.188.40.174/

Html only works.

Somebody know how to fix it ? Or I should try to find the other way to connect my own ip to the website ?
