php error?

    whenever i activate this plugin i always get this error ..

    failed to open stream: Permission denied ..

    i’m on a local server (wamp)
    yoast + acf (FAILS) content is not being analyse .. main reason i even intalled this plugin … well, well, again … it’s amazing how this plugin makes things worst …
