    Hello!

I have already installed ARMember Lite on a WP site and a WP Multisite for testing purposes and would like to buy the plugin. Unfortunately I encountered a problem.

As soon as a user uploads a profile picture or a cover picture in their profile, a PHP error occurs.
Since I don’t have access to the PHP server and my hosting provider will not change the settings, I have the following questions:
Is there still a way to use the plugin without errors? Is there a setting to change the path? Or is there another workaround?

PHP error: Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. …

    Thank you!
    Manfred

    Hello,

I understood your concern and it is necessary to check whether the file exists or not so, unfortunately, it will not possible to avoid it. kindly contact your hosting provider and let them know to allow it and after that, this warning will be solved.

Also, you can disable PHP warnings/notices for your website too.

    Thanks
