PHP error: add_field was called incorrectly

    I’ve been having some issues on my site so I checkout the PHP log and found these errors – what would you advise?

    Notice: Kirki::add_field was called incorrectly. Do not use “alpha” as an argument in color controls. Use “choices[alpha]” instead. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.0.10.) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4148

    I’m using PHP 7.0.30. Let me know if you’d like any more information.

    Hey there.

    As the message says the theme you’re using is not adding a color field correctly.

    If there is an update available for your theme then please update your theme, this might have already been fixed. If that doesn’t fix the error then you’ll have to contact your theme author so they can fix that on their fields.

    Ah, I didn’t realise that related to the theme. Excellent, I’ll get in touch with the theme author. Useful to have the docs reference too.
