PHP error caused by WP-Optimize

    I have a strange issue. My error logs show this entry:

    “Got error ‘PHP message: WP-Optimize: No caching took place, because the plugin location could not be found'”.

    The funny thing is that WP-Optimize is not installed on this site. I think it was installed before but we removed it after setting up Cloudflare. Do you know how this is possible?
