The messages here are about the Gutenberg Checkout Block and the Gutenberg Cart Block. I haven’t been able to reproduce this; the payment method works in these blocks including the express checkout method. The message just means that it can’t load the Vipps payment method in the cart/checkout blocks because of an inconsistency in how the javascript is loaded.

What version are you using of WooCommerce, WooCommerce Gutenberg Blocks and the Vipps gateway plugin? Also, which pages specifically produces these errors?

Ok, I think maybe we can close this. I was unable to trigger the error by doing normal activities on the site, but I noticed the GET request for wp-login.php

If I log out of the site and back in, the error is triggered. I am the only user on the site (no accounts created for customers) – so no big deal. Looking up the IP addresses that filled up my logs, they all seemingly came back as belonging to a VPN service. I am pretty sure someone was just trying to access the site with known exploits – and the vipps error is just a side effect.

I’m not using Gutenberg blocks, but my WC install is at v 7.2.2 – so maybe it will be fixed automatically when I get around to updating.

    Thanks again for clarifying.

Well, if not using the blocks you won’t be affected anyway, but it’s weird that it tries to load them at all. So it triggers when logging in and out normally on the normal wp-login page?

I have not been able to reproduce this when doing that either; so hopefully it is a version issue. I’ll mark this as resolved then.
