PHP Error Log – Illegal string offset 'description' | ww.wp.xz.cn

In my PHP Error log, I’m seeing:

PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘description’ in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-sidebars/plugin.php on line 107

I was hoping you might be able to modify the plugin to resolve this.

I’m having the same issue after upgrading PHP on my server. The following code block is causing the issue:
```
genesis_register_sidebar( array(
			'name'        => esc_html( $info['name'] ),
			'id'          => $id,
			'description' => esc_html( $info['description'] ),
			'editable'    => 1,
		) );
```
Specifically the name and description lines are causing the warning.
