PHP Error on Gallery | ww.wp.xz.cn

Gallery is giving me tons of this error: Notice: Undefined index: wp_field_caption in /chroot/home/stevevisservalor/stevevisser.valorouswebdevelopment.com/html/wp-content/plugins/modula/includes/class-modula-pro.php on line 509

Toggled show captions on/off and doesn’t matter if its enabled or not. Also gallery is not responding to the filter positioning I have set to be on the left.
