    Got this after latest update:

PHP Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘admin_notice_on_dashboard_wptc’ not found or invalid function name in /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298

    Hey John,

Is this error repetitive during every action or the warning just stays on the screen constantly?
I’ll forward this to the developer and have the team look into it, however can you please send me more details and screenshots to [email protected]?

    Great, many thanks.
Yes, the error was remaining on dashboard screen and repeating at every page load.

Thanks, it’s now corrected and working.
Is the admin bar now disabled forever or is there a way to get it back?

    Hey John,

If you mean the progress bar, yes it has been completely removed and there isn’t a way for you to get it back 🙂
    Do you really need that?

Yep, the one at top status bar.
It’s pity, I found that quite useful to have a direct link up there but I can live without it, no problem.

    Thanks!

It is quite useful, that’s the reason we put it in the first place. But on constant reviews from customers, the unanimous feedback was that this consumed quite a bit of memory making the backups slower. Removing this reduced the number of calls from your site to the WPTC server, thus speeding up the backup.
However, you now have a master dashboard at service.wptimecapsule.com where you will be able to see the overall backup status of all your sites and much more info 🙂

    OK, that’s fine then, thanks.
