I’m testing the updated plugin, but unfortunately 2 of the 3 issues I posted before are not resolved, and another Russian text appeared (but now in Theme Settings –> Custom/Additional CSS styles after the option “Don’t use theme!” )
“Add your answer is still not working (I tried in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
Also there I still get a notice in my query monitor, although I’m not sure if this affects the working of the poll.

It seams because of your theme bug. Can I see you site?

Just ignore this. It’s not bug… Plugin will work correctly with it. I wrote about it to Query Monitor author. I suppress some PHP notices as PHP suggest, but query monitor works not correctly in this way… It is not bug of my plugin it bug of query monitor…

sorry for my late response, I have been away for holidays.
Regarding the javascript:void: the site I want to use your plugin, is https://www.waternatuurlijk.nl/leden/. Most of the site is members only. The theme is Hueman (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/hueman/).
