PHP error when editing theme

    Hello,

    I’ve just installed the plugin Simple Author Box and I have a PHP error when I click on Appearance > Customize on the Dashboard.

    Here the error I have:

    Sometime I have this error with more explicit details:

    It look like the memory requested is quite excessive.

    I’ve tried to put the default WP Themes (Twenty twenty and Store Front) and tried to deactivate all other plugin but except Woocommerce and Simple Author Box. But the issue is still here.

    Do you please have a solution?

    Do you have a large number of posts/pages?

    Hello,
    We have only 33 posts and 32 pages, however we have more than hundred products in woocommerce and a significant number of orders,
    could it be related ?

    Yes, it’s all custom post types and when SAB goes through them PHP runs out of memory. We’re aware of the issue and will fix it in an upcoming release.
