php error with the latest version of slimstat

    I recently updated slimstat and it’s now throwing the following php error.

    Notice: is_embed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run.

    This error is displayed when WP_DEBUG is set to true.

    I’ve deactivated all other plugins and switched themes and can confirm that slimstat is responsible for the error.

    I am running the latest version of WordPress.
