    In php log errors I have found this error:
    PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(D:\home\mysite.info/wp-content/plugins/D:\home\mysite.info\wp-content\plugins\wp-external-links/languages/wp-external-links-it_IT.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (D:/home/my-syte.info\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in D:\home\mysite.info\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 649
