    Hello Support Team,

    From yesterday I’m not able to connect to my FTP server with the same connection details of all sites that I manage.

    I always receive this error : * PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_login(): Login authentication failed (line 46, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)

    I’ve double checked my credentials in FileZilla and others sites and it works.
    Only one new site won’t connect to my remote FTP server.
    It’s on OVH and my remote FTP is on o2switch.net

    We have also tested we an other FTP server and different credentials and we obtains the same error.

    Hello,

    Please could you try wiping the settings for the problematic site by navigating to Advanced Tools >> Wipe Settings, ideally set up a new FTP user and re-test.
