    Hi – I am trying to do a backup on a fairly new site. The beginning of the error message in the topic title, then followed by my site directory path; then ends with this:

    //wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory (line 1110, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php) (Jun 25 17:46:38)
    Download most recently modified log file

    I have never had a problem with UpdraftPlus before. Can you please advise? Thanks!

    Hi,

    This indicates that a file from your WordPress install – wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php – isn’t there. So, something went wrong when installing WordPress. I’d recommending downloading a fresh WordPress zip – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/download/release-archive/ – and uploading the contents into your web hosting space, so that you ensure all the files are there.
