In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

I’m on an iPad and can’t ftp easily. I avoid it because of my host. I have a new host as of yesterday and will try to ftp but it would be easier to email you a log. I look at it but I disabled the plugin. I may have deleted it but I can retrieve it

    Dear @sicksquirreltwo ,

    Thanks for the reply.

There’s an opportunity to download the log from inside the plugin.
If connecting via FTP is problematic, you can download the log using the File Manager, the hosting service you use provides.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you.

    Dear @sicksquirreltwo ,
