    Hi,

After moving mysite from localhost to domain, I could not able to get any single backups. I’m getting message “PHP EXECUTION TIMEOUT ERROR”

In the log file I’ve got the below error
    2020-04-29 10:24:00: SGExceptionExecutionTimeError: Execution timeout error [File: /home/rotadeni/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backup/com/core/backup/SGBackup.php, Line: 128, URL: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php]

I’ve added max_execution 300 in .htaccess file as I searched from internet but didn’t help.

I’ve also addes set_time_limit(300); to wp-config.php but this also didn’t help.

As soon as I clicked the plugin from menu, I’m getting the same error even before backing up.

Please advise me how to proceed,
    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    Hello,

Here is the link of my log file https://we.tl/t-rKN4kIshGZ

The strange issue is that whenever I click on the plugin and plugin main screen apperas I see a massage about PHP execution error. When I click back and and choose full, it does not complete successfully.

Thanks for your help in advance

    Hello again,

I’m also sending screenshot of the plugin error message. https://we.tl/t-adc4to1JaA
I wonder why it appears even before I click “backup” button.

By the way, I recently saw there is an update of the plugin, should I do it now, if it’s related with my current issue I can do it now, currently I perfer to wait your response.

    Thanks.

    Dear @aed71,

Please, try to backup manually, like it’s shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/s974yl

Referring to the message about the Execution error, it should be fixed in our 1.3.0 version of the plugin.
Please, update to see the fix. 😉

    Hello,

I’ve upgraded to 1.3.0 , still the “PHP Execution Time Error” note exists but I could able to get a backup. The strange thing is that the error info appears in the main plugin screen even before starting any backup. It appears when I click BackupGuard plugin and go to the backup page.

    Thanks.

    Dear @aed71,

You should be able to close the notice for the execution time error now in this version.
Have you tried to close it?

In case you see the notice again, after doing a new backup, please, send us that last backup log so we can check the issue for you.
