PHP Fatal error

    Hi,

    Since recently, we get this error in the PHP logs:

    [25-Apr-2025 06:23:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_template_part() in /path/wp-content/themes/blocksy/index.php:16
    Stack trace: 0 {main}
    thrown in /path/wp-content/themes/blocksy/index.php on line 16

    How can we troubleshoot this the best?

    Hello @wp800s

    This sounds like an update might’ve not completed successfully on your side. Let’s try reinstalling the theme files by downloading the official .zip file: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/theme/blocksy.2.0.97.zip, and uploading it manually via “add themes” and choosing replace when asked.

    This should replace all theme files with a clean version and solve the issue.

    Hello Eduard,

    Thank you for the reply. I did the theme reinstall, and I also reinstalled the WP. The error still comes up:

    Is it possible that this is caused by a plugin making a call to the theme?

    Is the WordPress administrative area still accessible for you? If so, could you please take a snapshot of the site using this specific plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/, and send it to us privately via our website?: https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/. (Use Google Drive for uploading the file).

    I’ll have our engineers verify the setup as soon as we get it to see if anything is missing. There might be something. 🙁
