    Hi,

I loaded this on to me website to replace another SSL plugin that has moved into security as well as SSL.

However, with this SSL plugin it stops me from adding anything into Beaver Builder modules such as text, html and images. When this plugin is deactivated I can use them again.

Also when looking at the error log I’m receiving PHP fatal errors:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function load_plugin_data() on null in /home/domainname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/one-click-ssl/ssl.php:951

When I looked at line 951:
    $ocssl->load_plugin_data();

    Any idea what’s happening here?
    thanks,
    Karen

    Hi Karen,

We tested it on one of our websites that has Beaver Builder (the paid one) and it worked fine with One Click SSL active. Did you try disabling other plugins as well while keeping BB and ours active to test? We would like you to do so first. Then, proceed below.

Another potential situation. It could be a mixed content issue which would need to be addressed and fixed. Is it happening on all pages on your website or on one page only? If it’s on every page, can you share your browser console log with us?

Or, an assumption, there are leftover tables in your database or code somewhere from previous SSL plugins that is interfering. Did you deactivate their SSL status before deactivating those plugins? Try to see if there’s a setting in those plugins that can fully uninstall that plugin and delete its data upon deactivation.

    Hi,

I tried the plugin on another website with Beaver Builder and that worked okay.

I tested several pages and it’s happening on all of them.

When I trouble shooted the plugins the issue happens with Ultimate Addons for Beaver Beaver plugin is activated. It’s not the actual Beaver Beaver plugin although it affects that too.

The console log (as an image) https://snipboard.io/zgnqrc.jpg

The option when deleting the other SSL plugin was to return to https and I said no to that since I assumed it would change the general settings and maybe other things too.

Thanks very much for sending me that patch which works with UABB.

I’m impressed with how quickly this has been sorted out.
