PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Sidecar_Plugin_Base’ not found

Recently the following stack trace recurs every night (Plesk) with the DMCA Plugin for each of the five sites I have using DMCA. Since I have five sites using DMCA this is pretty annoying.

I’m on the latest WordPress: 5.8.2
and the one of the latest PHP versions: 8.0.13.

Please help! Here is the example for the site “Atelier17a”

Can you try with the latest version?
We added some error handling code that we hope should stop this.

It tells me that the version number is “0.0”.

It doesn’t look good. The version numbering does not work correctly when I simply install the plugin… If I click update it asks me to update againl gives the version number as 0.0 🙁

I’m going to deinstall again. Please let me know when it is really tested.
