PHP Fatal Error in version 1.2.2

    We have around 10 sites all running on:
    PHP = 7.0.7
    WordPress = 5.1.1
    Send Emails with Mandrill = 1.2.2

    On all sites we started getting this in the logs immediately after upgrading to 1.2.2:
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot access self:: when no class scope is active in /…/wp-content/plugins/send-emails-with-mandrill/lib/wpMandrill.class.php:42

    I have commented out line 42. That probably disables error handling, but it allows my sites to run without error. Can you advise on the best way to proceed?
