    Any thoughts and workarounds on the error below: line 18 is add_action(‘plugins_loaded’, ‘postExpirator_init’);

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/sites/floodproblems.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-expirator/post-expirator.php on line 18

    add_action is a core wordpress function – I would try reinstalling your main wordpress site, something isn’t right

    I am now of the opinion that it is a hosting Co problem.

    I am getting bounced back by a second hosting Co.
    They say add_action is the plugin fault.
    I have transferred my site from one hosting Co to another to cure this problem.(cloudnext.net to EZPC.co.uk)

    In your view if I reinstall WP would that (possibly) solve the add-action problem.

    I would start by re-downloading the core WP files to make sure everything is intact
