Hi @kokodesignwebsite,
Thank you for providing the error message. It indicates that WordPress is attempting to access the WC_Log_Levels class, which is part of WooCommerce’s logging system, but it can’t locate it. This usually happens due to a missing or corrupted file, WooCommerce not loading properly, or a potential conflict.
To better understand your environment, could you please share your system status report? You can find it by going to: WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Also, let’s try a fresh install of WooCommerce to rule out any file corruption or incomplete installation. Here’s what you can do:
- Deactivate and delete the current WooCommerce plugin from your dashboard (your store data will remain safe).
- Download the latest version of WooCommerce from ww.wp.xz.cn.
- Reinstall it manually via FTP or through the Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin option.
Let me know if that resolves the issue or if the error persists afterward.

Hello kokodesignwebsite,
Thank you for your reply.
I suspect that this error and the other error you reported here are caused by the same thing. Therefore, I recommend the same steps to troubleshoot this error.
Posting same message here for visibility:
When did this error first appear? I want to know if it is a result of a website update.
The error you’re encountering could be caused by either a plugin conflict or an incomplete/broken WooCommerce update.
To troubleshoot, I recommend manually updating the WooCommerce plugin to make sure all files are correctly installed. If the issue continues, try performing a conflict test to identify any plugin or theme causing the problem.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
