The best bet would be to use the do_shortcode (https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/do_shortcode/) function that is built into WordPress … just create the shortcode as you’d like to use it and then pass it as a string to that function.

I am looking at re-factoring the code for the plugin in (hopefully) the near future, so this should avoid any problems in your code working with future versions of the plugin.
