PHP Include Error on website

I was attempting to put a search box on my site and used the statement in the header.php:

<?php include (‘/searchform.php’); ?>

Apparently I did not have everything set up correctly, but when i reverted to the backup I had made, I still get the following error:

Warning: include(/home/content/d/i/b/dibacco/html/wp-content/themes/airplane_theme/searchform.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/d/i/b/dibacco/html/wp-content/themes/airplane_theme/header.php on line 34

However there is nothing on line 34
How in the world do I get rid of this error?
