PHP insert just for count

I really like this plugin, it’s very well made, presented and great for developers to just put where they want, without having to use options they don’t want to.

Well done for making something so great, I wish more plugins were.

I do have one suggestion however, I like how the plugin has a custom PHP insert, but what I was wondering is if you could add a custom PHP insert for particular elements like you have done for shortcodes.

For example just for the count, or buttons, allowing for a feature that we would like to add to our site, which is to include the count of the reactions on the homepage next to the posts themselves.
