Hello! After install plugin (wordpress 6.9), where

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

spamming in debug.log file.

Translation loading for the <code>video-embed-thumbnail-generator</code> domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early.
