PHP post max size limit

Hi,
I have my increase “PHP post max size” and other 5 limit from my Cpanel. php.ini
In my site health report show that it increased

But when i check woocommerce status it show that “PHP post max size” increase only 3k, but others are ok.

May be in that reason i am having problem to import product to my store from Dsers. Please give me a solution.

Also by fortune I am able to increase all limit at once, but still having problem to import product in my store. This issue mainly happen after delete all the demo purchase product.

Following your guidance, I’ve implemented all recommended changes, and each limitation has been properly updated. Below, I’ve included the updated system report.

However, after completing these updates, I encountered a loading issue when trying to import variable products from DSers. I reached out to the DSers development team, and after their inspection, they informed me that the issue appears to be related to WooCommerce. They suggested I contact WooCommerce support for further assistance.

Additionally, I contacted Namecheap regarding a potential hosting issue, but they confirmed that everything is functioning well on their end. Please help me to find me a solution.

Glad the guide helped update the limitations!

Looking at your updated system report you provided, everything seems in order in terms of WooCommerce setup and server configurations. That said, I noticed your WooCommerce Database Version (9.1.4) isn’t matching your WooCommerce Version (9.3.3). This mismatch can occasionally cause issues. I recommend running the database updater to make sure everything is aligned properly.

Here’s how to update your WooCommerce database:

Go to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard.
Scroll down to the ‘Tools’ section and look for ‘Update Database’.
Click the ‘Update Databse’ button.

It’s advisable to secure a backup of your site before every update.

Additionally, since the error is happening during import from DSers, please ensure that:

There are no restrictions on the PHP execution time that could be affecting imports.
The import file is correctly formatted and within size limits set by your server.

After updating the WooCommerce database and ensuring the above points, try importing again. If the problem persists, we might need to take a closer look, and in that case, providing error logs can be very helpful for our investigation.

Hi @reynierc ,

Thanks for your help again. After properly setup everything, i clear everything and updated database. You can see the updated report below. Also the WooCommerce Version (9.3.3) is ok now.

After everything setup i have try to import product to my store from Dsers. Now I am sharing the current situation here with Dsers to Woocommerce product import.

The products with single variable is importing to store, but it takes much time.
The products with multiple variable is not importing to woocommerce store. https://prnt.sc/N8rMNIiL8W4l

Additionally, i can import up to 5 variable product, but more than that it’s having timeout issue. Also if i skip the more variable product issue. Still importing single product take much time.

The error log you provided indicates that when DSers tried to import a product with SKU “csn4nje9khh000a56lh0” into your WooCommerce store, the REST API encountered an issue because that SKU seemed to still be processing from a previous attempt. This resulted in the product not being created and threw a 400 error code, which is a generic HTTP status code for a bad request.

Here’s what it generally means:

SKU Under Processing: The SKU is flagged as under processing, which might imply it’s being imported or modified and so can’t be altered again simultaneously. This could happen if the import script tried to insert it multiple times or if there’s a delay in the server’s processing time causing overlap.
Product Not Created: The product with this SKU isn’t making it into your WooCommerce database because of the above conflict.

To resolve this type of error, consider these steps:

Check if there’s a queued process still handling this SKU. You may want to wait for it to finish before attempting a new import.
Ensure there are no duplicate SKUs in your import file or within DSers’ system that could be sent by mistake.
Look into your Action Scheduler (available in WooCommerce > Status) for any pending actions related to product import. If there are failed or pending jobs for that specific SKU, it could be the source of the error.

Just to note: typically a few hundred simple product might take several minutes to import, while thousands, especially with multiple variations and high-resolution images, could take several hours or more.
