PHP: syntax error, unexpected '{'

    Hi
    I am getting this error message: PHP: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/storage/7/60/55/rio2love/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/php.ini on line 1

    Can you help fix this error?

    There’s not supposed to be a PHP.INI file in the wp-admin directory. Any idea how it got there?

    No clue. I will delete it and see what happens.
