    Hello,

The NextGen thumbnails on my website weren’t loading correctly. The page load would time out before all the images could be loaded. To fix this I changed the PHP Version on the website from 5.6 to 7.3. This fixed the issue of the images not loading, however it now means that I’m not able to access the backend of the plugin. The WordPress Dashboard all works fine, but if I try to load NextGen it simply loads a blank page. This happens for everything associated with NextGen – including the Add Gallery button on the backend of the pages. Do you know what might be causing this? If I revert back to 5.6 then I can access the plugin, but the images don’t load correctly again on the frontend.

    Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Please try to temporarily deactivate all the other plugins excepting NextGen and switch to a theme from Twenty series to make sure that’s not happening because of a plugin conflict.
