Hi @shahahmadyusof
Could you please tell me which Smart Slider 3 and PHP version are you using?
Hi @nextend_ramona
I’m currently using PHP 7.2.12 and Smart Slider 3 version 3.3.11.
Hi @shahahmadyusof
Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this problem on my test site using the same PHP and Smart Slider 3 versions.
Could you please open a support ticket: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/?topic=Other&platform=WordPress&version=Free&slider-export=slider-yes
and send me the .ss3 export file of the slider where you see this message?
You can export the slider like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/408-slider-options#export
Hi @nextend_ramona
What information will be contained in this .ss3 file?
Also, my slider works fine. And the warning I found is in my WordPress debug.log. It is not shown on my website since I have turned off debug display in wp-config.php.
Hi @shahahmadyusof
The slide export contains all slides and layers and every setting. So it should trigger the error on my end as well which would help me reproduce the error and properly patch it.
The WP_DEBUG_LOG is set up on my test site as well, but no error log was created.
