wordpress staff said that is not their issues and this problems can be solved by the plugin creator. please help me

Hello,

the file ad-inserter/includes/dst/dst.php is part of the plugin and it is therefore loaded by the plugin.

The same applies to ad-inserter/constants.php – this is one of the core files of the plugin.

In your case it seems the files are missing which results in the warning messages.

Please try to reinstall the plugin to restore the missing files.
The settings shall remain in the database.

That is it.
It should work normally without any warnings or errors.

If not, check what is deleting the plugin files or preventing them to be saved.

Sometimes it also helps to manually delete the plugin folder before installing it again, in your case
/srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ad-inserter/

Maybe you should ask you hosting company to do this.

My hosting company is wordpress.com Sir. I will ask them again, and then tell you again Sir. Please help me I am a beginner.
