No, this is nothing to worry about, but it will be fixed in future updates so it won’t make warnings.

I checked on /wp-content/plugins/filter-everything/src/WpManager.php and the code I see is slightly different (longer) from the one you sent, do you confirm I have to substitute this whole code?
