No, problems is on the elementor free plugin.

    • Free version 3.25.11 + pro version 3.26.1 + “Optimized Control Loading” option disabled: hotspot widget works properly
    • Free version 3.26.0 + pro version 3.26.0/3.26.1/3.25.4 + “Optimized Control Loading” activated or not: hotspot doesn’t work properly

I think the problems come from one of Hotspot’s extended class. “hotspot_offset_x” and “hotspot_offset_x” with elementor free 3.26 version aren’t definited on $settings variable that depends on hotspot parent class.

@deputt did you open an issues elsewhere for this? have same issue, cant find the other thread

    Hi ,

Thank you for contacting us and our apologies for the delayed response. We are experiencing a higher than usual volume of tickets.

In this case, you will need to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Three, for example and see if it makes any difference.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Sandra
